Born into this world
My father reached the top of the hotel world — general manager of one of the most celebrated properties on earth. I began traveling at seven months old. Thirty-five countries. Thirty-two years in the air. I have stayed in hostels and in suites that cost more per night than most people earn in a month — because the most important education in travel has nothing to do with price.
I live between Bali and Bangkok. I know Asia the way most advisors know brochures intimately, sensorially, presently.
